After only 4 years of playing I have concluded that pre-flop cash game you never lay down kings. In a tournament, pre-flop, only if near the pay out number and then only if you truly believe.

well rags are lower than a jack, so ... but i agree with the "horrid play", snead was on a steal with J7s on the button for 3xBB and got reraised from Mont with A4o (which is ok, DB has nothing most of the time and an ace is ok), NOW the call from Snead was awful and the potsized bet of both players as well, not to mention that mont was horribly acting too. look in his face he is all fear. snead most likely would have taken the pot had he pushed after the flop instead of just reraising.

Post flop, Montgomery bets out, then Snead weak raises the minimum instead of pushing. Then, the horrific all in by Montgomery. Horribly played hand. in live tourneys you can take as long as you want when you have a big decision, until someone at the table asks for a clock, meaning they want the tournament director to give the player a time limit to make a decision and if he doesnt decide by the time the clock is up then his hand is mucked. typically they give you 60 seconds to decide. in this case it was bad eticat on tiffany's part as she wasnt even in the hand.

Secondly, theres only around 26% chance of the board pairing, so 74% of the time Antonius is winning so why increase golds odds of making a boat? Running three times increases Golds odds to around 78% chance of taking part of the pot, then 55% when the second river is due. Antonius would have got more value taking the gamble to run it once.

parce que dans high stakes, c'es les joueurs qui décident le nombre de fois que les cartes sont abattues. Souvent, dans des très gros pots, ils se mettent d'accord pour faire 2 flops, ou 3 selon la taille du pot. Ainsi, le joueur ayant la plus faible main a plus de chance de prendre un bout du pot. Just say you only have 1 million, if you go all in with 1 million, the next guy raises to 2 million and the rest call, if you win you will get 1 million from everyone who called. The rest will be in a side pot. it's not a 1:1 ratio. Like if you put in 1m you don't just win 1m on top. You win the same amount from everyone who calls.
