I've watched this like 20 times now, no kidding, showed it to a couple of friends too, everybody's in love with it, including me of course. Really nicely done, amazing shots, especially considering the location, and the acting's brilliant. Love the soundtrack as well, I rarely find myself saying that about low-budgets, but this is so strong, very subtile. Just listening to it without the image is actually really great, you should try it. Anyway, amazing job, keep it up!

This movie left me speechless for a moment or two. It speaks on so many levels, not just Jewish and Muslim conflicts, but also perceptions about race play into those conflicts. I am American, but I hate what my government has done. I don't hate the military, they are just pawns in this large messed up chess game. Whatever God we worship, or how we choose to worship, do you really think all this bloodshed is what God would want?

Yeah, the problem I have is even if I did locate some LCD I dont think I would trust it as if it were in the 60's. At least in your little "circle" you would most likely be able to talk with someone who's tried that particular LCD and know if its good or not. Hannah has a speech easy. There is no magic or simple solution for her. What is working over the long term is her absolute determination to do the best she can with it what she has. That will in time get her as far as she can go. She will tell you that stuttering has made her a better person because she has to work hard to solve all of her issues. I am her dad so say I am a little biased but proud of her efforts. She will go on stage and address large crowds on the subject

Just because you know a person doesn't mean her methods are work. You knowing her has nothing to do with her being a good speech pathologist. Your bias because you were involved in this doc and of course you want your subject to be true as possible even when it probably isn't. I'll believe a patient before I believe a filmmaker that only choosed this subject so you get picked out of the other pitches at VFS. You probably didn't care about the subject all that much.

Bitterness? Any stutterer would be bitter to have a speech pathologist who thinks stuttering can be cured by relaxing, speaking slowly and fixing their family problems. I never said she wasn't a nice person, just that her methods are useless.

Not always, Just look at 9/11 those guys believed they would be rewarded in heaven for taken down the towers, also many Christian soldiers think they will go to heaven for dying in war. Ive been on both sides, when I was a christian, I fought,I was homophobic,I stole, and then at night I would ask God for forgiveness and believe me I would be sorry, as an Atheist I have never done any of those things. This movie has always been one of my favorites. . not entirely accurate but it captures the essence of the story better than any other I've seen. Ofra Haza's singing is beautiful. This song always moves me.

This was a try run. Shane Acker was just deciding about the movie, and was either trying out animation or deciding what he would do with this movie. And i notice there was no one doing the voices, so I thought 'This was either a proto-type or its release in other places, just no audio" but its too short :P
