Honestly, I have heard of these guys, but I didn't really know about them at all...So when I watched the vid for "The Kill" I thought "They look kinda like that "new emo" stuff. More like scene or something, thats more about the style they dress and maybe how there music sounds, like MCR." Idk though, if you hardcore fans say its not emo, I guess I believe you. In my opinion, I think that they're quite different. A Beautiful Lie is all about the Ice Shelf and the Enviornment. What I've Done is centered around all the things in the world, not just the enviorment, that are devastating. To you maybe the message is the same but it's definitely not the "same thing." Damn good live show, these guys put on, it looks like. Yoshiki looks like Animal from the Muppet Show behind his kit, easily one the most animated drummers I've ever seen. Great tune, too! And yes, cut Toshi some slack, it sounds like he's been at it all night here. He still puts on a good show anyway, right? :D

well, stone sour and slipknot have the same singer/songwriter, so i'm not surprised that they sound the same. slipknot was always the side-project, but really, there's still a LOT of talent in their 9 members. just as there's a lot of talent in 30stm..some bands take an album or 2 to mature and find their feet, but 30stm hit hard with their first release and they sounded great. there's a lot of effort and emotion thats gone into the composition of their music which as a musician i totally digXD
